Hellvape has collaborated with Beyond Vape to manufacture the awesome new Hellbeast Sub-Ohm Tank. Hellvape is best known for its excellent rebuildables, such as the Dead Rabbit RTA and the Drop Dead RDA. Part of what makes these tanks so great is the attention to detail and practicability. Hellvape has applied these same principles to the Hellbeast Sub-Ohm Tank.
The Hellvape Hellbeast is a 24mm hybrid sub-ohm tank, that is compatible with a myriad of different coil types like the SMOK TFV8 Baby, Aspire Nautilus and Vaporesso GT. It features dual-purpose airflow slots that can be adjusted for either DTL or MTL use. It also comes with a very unique 510 and 810 drip tip, that sets it apart from most sub-ohm tanks on the market.
The Hellvape Hellbeast Sub-Ohm Tank uses a top push cap to fill, that’s firm and sturdy. I have yet to experience any leaks as a result. It also clicks into place when fully closed. On either side of the tank is a single wide slot that is independent of each other. This means you can get a nice big DTL draw with the airflow completely open or a slightly more tight MTL draw with one slot closed.
Included with the Hellbeast are two long-lasting H1 mesh coils. These coils are quite beefy and produce incredible vapor. At 70 watts I was also able to get a superbly dense flavor. But this marvelous taste does come at a price, these 0.20 ohm mesh coils are thirsty. So if you’re a heavy vaper like me, you’re going to find yourself filling up quite often.
The Hellbeast doesn’t come with an obnoxious bubble glass. This maintains the streamlined look of the tank but also means that you’re limited in terms of how much the tank will hold. Using the included coils, the Hellbeast will hold a maximum of 4ml of eliquid.
For such an innovative product, you’d probably expect a higher price tag. But fortunately, you can pick up the Hellvape Hellbeast Sub-Ohm Tank for the low price of $31.99 USD. I feel this is an absolute bargain for such an awesome tank! Being able to use your own choice of coil also adds to the overall value.
You can get the Hellvape Hellbeast Sub-Ohm Tank in eight different colors, all of which look super modern. The paint finish is shiny and relatively durable. As come to be expected from Hellvape, the machining is spot on. My only small gripe would be that it attracts smudges and fingerprints quite easily. I found myself constantly wiping it to keep it looking clean.
The Hellbeast comes in a small stylish box that features a picture of a hellish beast on the front. It’s reminiscent of a Motorhead album cover. Inside you’ll find your sub-ohm tank, 2 x 0.2 ohm coils, 2 x drip tips, a Nautilus coil adapter, spare glass, parts, and an all-important manual.
If you’re looking for a new sub-ohm tank, I would highly recommend getting a Hellbeast. The coil options alone are reason enough to buy it. In addition, the MTL conversion works flawlessly.
